Visit WordPress Download page and download the latest WordPress software

Log in to your cPanel and then go to MySQL Database wizard and click on it.

Provide Database name and click on Next Step.

Provide username, password, and click on Create User. This database name, username, and password need to configure your WordPress configuration.

Check ALL PRIVILEGES and click on Next Step.

After complete the database creation process go to cPanel and then click on File Manager.

Go to the public_html folder and upload your downloaded WordPress software. After complete your uploaded process extracts it. Open this extracted folder and select all the files and move to the public_html folder.
